States

`working`	Actively running	Leave it alone or monitor
`blocked`	Needs input, approval, or a decision	Inspect before answering
`done`	Finished and not viewed	Review the result
`idle`	Finished/waiting and seen	Ready for a new task

Authority model

Lifecycle integration: hooks/plugins author working, idle, and blocked.
Session integration: provides native session identity for restore; screen detection still supplies state.
Screen detection: Herdr reads the live bottom buffer and matches agent manifests.
